The Solex Flash was marketed between 1969 and 1972, the 6000 between 1972 and 1974. These models stand out clearly from the usual production of the brand Solex. The design is recovered from a little known Solex, the Micron, the mechanics is new with the disappearance of the roller.
There are two models of Flash, the first has no suspension and the front braking is entrusted to a traditional system with pad, the second is equipped with a front fork thrust (suspension with external springs) and a front brake to drums.
The 6000 is a Flash with a telescopic front fork and chrome guards more moderate.
